Course Description
Provides a classroom setting for preservice teachers to apply principles of education pedagogy and methodology. Nine to fourteen weeks will be at the authorization level of major emphasis. Four to nine weeks will be at the authorization level of minor emphasis.

The student will
• prepare and teach two work samples
• meet all standards as set forth in OAR 584-060-0040
Assessment
The student will be assessed jointly by the university supervisor and the mentor teacher with respect to the standards set forth in OAR 584-060-0040
