The purpose of this digital portfolio is to document my  advanced competencies in teaching in such a way that others can view my presentation online.   Dr. Camille Wainwright recently described three essential elements of any professional portfolio: collection, selection, and reflection. In this portfolio, the collection phase will come from things that both I  and my students create in the course of learning in the classroom.   The selection phase will show work that corresponds  to the 12 Continuing Teaching Li censure (CTL) proficiencies. The reflection phase includes an explanation of how each exhibit demonstrates my competency in the proficiency that I am addressing.
