The purpose of this digital portfolio is to document advanced competencies in teaching in such a way that others can view the presentation online. Dr. Camille Wainwright (Pacific University) has described the three essential elements of any professional portfolio as: collection, selection, and reflection. The exhibits I have collected to share and reflect upon coorelate to the 12 Professional Competencies required for the Oregon Continuing Teaching License.  (Teacher Standards and Practices Commission)TSPC Rather than using this portfolio as an opportunity to "toot my own horn"(something teachers don't have time for) I have approached it more as a reflective tool. What can I show? What can't I? Why? Where do I go next? Thank you for sharing this with me.
