9:30 A.M. Pre-parade Festivities begin at the New College of Education Building, Berglund Hall (Corner of Cedar and Pacific Ave). Bubbles, face painting, music, dancing, drumming, sidewalk chalk,

10 A. M. Parade to the Fair - decorate your wagon, trike, or stroller (no 2 wheeled bikes please) and parade behind firetruck from the College of Education building down Main street to the Pacific Athletic Center (PAC) Fieldhouse.

10 A.M. to 1 P. M. Join in the Fair. Create, play, watch and celebrate at booths sponsored by local organizations that provide services to young children and their families. There will be live performances by a variety of groups.
