Can be relied on to arrive on time, dresses and acts professionally, very dependable. Shows up, generally acts appropriately, emerging professionalism exhibited Unreliable, missed a number of visits or was late, unprofessional.
Interactions with Students
Student centered in actions and in speech, exhibits excellent engagement, seeks to employ concepts of best practice Responds to students, acts and speaks adequately, marginally connects theory with their behavior Sits back and is reticent to engage students, appears detached/uncomfortable with students
Interactions with Staff
Demonstrates initiative, positive with staff, helpful, engaged in preparing and supporting teachers' work. Engages with staff, can be helpful, can be supportive of teachers' work. Waits to be told on most occasions, acts bored, tired, or passive, not supportive of classroom needs
